CAD drawings

Proper scaled drawings, not sketches. Your contractor can price and build straight off them.

In person or over a video call, whichever suits. This is where we work out what you actually want from the space.

A round of changes

You see the design, tell us what's not right, and we change it. Nobody gets it perfect first go.

We'll tell you if something won't work, or if you don't need an add-on you were about to pay for.

These are priced separately because not every garden needs them. We'll tell you honestly at the first meeting which ones are worth it for your place — and which aren't.

Site Baseplan from $320

Site measure-up and base plan. Includes travel costs and site visit, priced for a typical residential home within city limits. Further afield, we'll talk you through measuring it yourself — it's more straightforward than it sounds, and it keeps your costs down.

Staging Plan $1,800

For gardens built in stages. Plans and a maintenance guide tailored to your garden over time, with 1 year, 3 year and 10 year planting plans and maintenance milestones along the way.

3D Rendering $950

Professional 3D renders and Photoshop images, so you get the feel of the project before it starts. Hand renderings also available at hourly rates.

Lighting Design $350

Lighting concept plan with a material palette and layout plan. Can be added to any package. Doesn't include conduit plans or electrical specification — your sparky handles that.

Plain terms

What the price does and doesn't cover

These are design fees. They pay for the thinking, the drawings and the plant list.

Building the garden — materials, plants, and your contractor's labour — is quoted and invoiced separately by whoever you choose to build it. We don't mark up build costs, which is why our advice on materials stays honest. A 50% deposit books your spot, and the rest is due when we hand the drawings over.
